Instead, it is a post about the Bill’s potential conflict with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (“CFR”) and the UK’s commitments under the EU-UK Withdrawal Agreement, whether (and why) such a conflict matters in domestic law and how (if at all) that conflict could be resolved.’
