However that appears not to be the case. From our point of view we are only interested in the housing related provisions in Chapter 1 of Part 3 (which start here) and I am not going to discuss the rest of the Bill.”

In what circumstances can a foreign criminal resist deportation on the basis of his right to family life under Article 8 of the Convention?
