If OUT-LAW.COM copied most websites’ terms and conditions you probably would be, if the Court of Appeal is to be believed. Yesterday it said that the users of a clippings service infringed newspaper publishers’ copyrights when they clicked on links to view articles on web pages. But a fairly obscure spat over business information has the potential to derail much of the basis of online publishing.”
