Having brought in a comprehensive package of regulations, most notably in 2008 and 2012, it now proposes to make further sweeping changes to the way that misconduct and performance procedures are handled. Although the differences in the new regulations will reflect some of the amendments brought into force in 2014, 2015 and 2017, there are also a number of key concepts introduced for the first time.’
