Ryanair boss to challenge EU law on hotel bills – The Times

“Tens of thousands of exhausted holidaymakers struggled home yesterday as the scramble for flights and ferries continued, despite airports reopening.

But many face a new battle after Michael O’Leary, the Ryanair chief executive, said he would challenge the EU laws that hold airlines responsible for customers’ hotel and food bills after cancelled or delayed flights.”
