‘The topic for this year’s debate is transparency. The motion for debate reads: “Transparency in family proceedings – Is the Family Court Open for Business”
The event will be chaired by the Rt. Hon. Sir James Munby, President of the Family Division of the High Court, and Chairman of the Family Justice Council. The Speakers are:
Dr Julia Brophy – is a principal researcher in Family Justice
Sue Berelowitz – Deputy Children’s Commissioner for England and also Family Justice Council member
Sir Roderick Newton – Family Division High Court judge
