“The two most senior officers in a police force that is working to solve several high-profile murders are under investigation for alleged nepotism. Grahame Maxwell, the Chief Constable of North Yorkshire, and Adam Briggs, his deputy, are each accused of improperly helping relatives during a police recruitment drive.”
