Please do not dilute the qualification obtained at the Bar.It would be a shame to allow people to come to the bar with out have done the same competencies. Furthermore the reason to practice at the Bar is about the honour and prestige that come with its association.

Therefore anyone coming to the Bar must meet the same prerequisites and go through the same rigours and as everyone else. Do not just let in any mickey mouse who may have “similar” qualifications, because if they were able they would come through the “front door”.

This is about maintaining standards and upholding the reasons for why the Bar is a respected and honourable profession.
