In the United States, the act of burglary of a home is considered a violent offense because there is a chance that the occupant of the home might be there; thus the potential for violence. Add to that the fact this guy was naked…makes you wonder what he had planned. I agree with the decision to keep him locked up until this is sorted out and the bloke his head examined.
