    My career has been put on hold because of a neighbour making false allegations against me. She has been harassing me for 3 1/2 years, now i’m trying to get a court injuction against her with power of arrest.

    Unfortunately my enhanced CRB disclosure has come back with false allegations, these allegations are from this neighbour who is harrasing me.
    I have appealed through the CRB, unfortunately the letter i got from a individual which has not been signed or have a printed name on it, says they will not remove the mallicious lies. These issues have to adressed by the police” if they are acting within the law” then why isn’t my appeal letter signed?

    As we all know imigrants have to have CRB checks as well, what troubles me is the fact that they cannot be checked properly from EU countries. There is no link between the Police forces or any other public body with the powers to hold such powers to hold such records. Sooner or later something might happen due to this loophole in the system that could have bad consequences for vunerable people”.

    I have contacted the public enquiry section of the Home Office, unfortunately they refuse to comment and have referred the matter back to CRB, they in turn say it’s a matter for the Home Office” they set up the Criminal Records Bureau.

    Does anybody know whats going on?
